There's a certain thrill to coding. Spending hours slaving away at a computer, meticulously hand crafting your masterpiece. Slowly, over the course of days, weeks, and sometimes months, your creation begins to take shape. Once it's complete, you run it for the first time, only to have it run 40% of the way before stopping. So you have to go back into the inner workings, the behind the scenes, the code, to fix the issue. You do this time and time again, until finally it reaches 100%, and you sit back, with a certain feeling that is both a combination of bliss, and one of hunger. Hunger to create bigger, better things. More intricate. Larger. Like a complete spiderweb, graceful and flowing, but one break in the wrong place can cause the whole thing to drift away.
)These are the things that are going through my mind as I slowly gain the knowledge to create this website. I know for sure we won't leave it at what I've made, and I'm sure that you, the reader, aren't seeing the same version I created. It might have been simplified, it might have been amplified. But you're here, reading this. This website is more than a website. Much like Post-It, it's a means to bring centennial together through technology. Whether we stay with this weebly or move on to other, better, hosts, the purpose will remain the same. Keep this in mind as you continue what I have started. You're reading this page because those who came before you saw potential in you. They saw someone who could maintain, and improve upon, what they have started. And I certainly hope you realize this. As the original Head Developer, I would like to formally request three things of you. One: This page is never seen by anyone other than your eyes, and those after you, picked by you. Second: Do not edit this page in any way, shape, or form. Yes that includes converting it to hard-coded HTML. Third: May your intents never turn malicious. You are here to help the people of centennial, and bring the community together. Not harm them and drive the wedge further into the already splitting tree.
(Also, I know I seem super philosophical from this page but in reality I'm a 16 year old who just got an urge to write this for you. <3 you whateveryournameis!)
